
Erik Rosen
Erik Rosen is an experienced business lawyer with a solid commercial understanding, a Master of Business Administration degree and a European financial analyst license.
His legal practice includes in particular international contract law, corporate law and the purchase and sale of businesses. He primarily assists owners and managers of family-owned businesses and venture-owned companies, especially in the technology sector. He has previously been CEO of several technology companies, and is currently chairman of the board of several such companies. With this background, he offers comprehensive advice, where his corporate and contract law expertise, combined with management experience and a solid understanding of economics, contributes to significant value creation. A high ethical standard and respect for human dignity constitute fundamental principles in his practice.
He has taught contract law and negotiations in listed companies and in public administration and is co-author of the book “Personal Economy and Law”, published by Gyldendal forlag in 2025.
