Tonje Nesheim is an experienced business lawyer with particular experience in transactions, corporate law, transformations and contract law.

Tonje has extensive practice in the purchase and sale of businesses and the transfer of property and real estate companies. Tonje also provides advice to companies, owners, boards and private individuals. Her experience also includes handling disputes, including those related to board liability, where she represents clients both in and out of court. She also regularly works with contract law and employment law.

Tonje holds a Master of Laws from the University of Bergen (2010) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from Kings’ College London (2010).
