Svein Egil L. Heikvam is an experienced business lawyer with a particular focus on tax and corporate law. He has extensive knowledge of Norwegian and international tax law and works with Norwegian and international clients. He has considerable knowledge of generational changes and issues related to family-owned businesses, and also works with acquisitions and reorganizations (including mergers and demergers).

He has experience from the tax authorities and the auditing industry (Arthur Andersen & Co) and has a background as a judge’s deputy. He also holds board positions in companies and organizations.
